by American Entrepreneur, Brandon Sapp. Under his guidance of professional photographic
experience, dating back to 1997, ASP Photographers was created to capture memories that touch
your life for generations. We take pride in providing and delivering exceptionally tailored
service to schools serving Pre-K through 12th Grade and enrollments as large as 1,500 students.
In addition to working with schools in and around San Antonio, our story began in New York City,
successfully serving numerous Early Childcare Centers, Charter-based Schools, Religious-based
Schools, Elementary, Middle and High Schools in economically-impacted areas. We take pride in
relationships we've built with school networks, dating back over 10 years.

I misplaced my Online Code. Can I still order?
No worries! Simply fill out our Online Customer Service Form and we'll get your Online Code to you within one business day. If you are inquiring about multiple students, please include their names in request.
Can I order photos from previous school years?1
Yes! Photos captured from previous school years are referred to as ASP YesterYear Photos. ASP YesterYear Photos can be ordered for pictures taken as far back as the 2012-2013 School Year. There is a $9.99 Archive Fee for all orders that include ASP YesterYear photos. To request a special online code for ASP YesterYear Photos, simply fill out our and we'll send ordering instructions to you within one business day.
When is my school taking photos?
We conduct various Photo Events throughout the school year. For more information about an upcoming ASP Photo Event, at your school, please contact your school's Parent-Teacher Association (PTA/PTO) or your school's Picture Day Coordinator.
I placed an order over 10 days ago and have not received it. Can you let me know where my order is?
If you have received a Shipping Confirmation Email from ASP Photographers, then your order has shipped. Please refer to your tracking number to see where your order is. We do our best to work with local postal facilities, however, we also recommend reaching out to your local Post Office, as some facilities will hold packages after unsucessful delivery attempts. Does your company offer studio appointments?
ASP Photographers is a mobile-first company, which means we keep costs low by not having a traditional brick-and-mortar office. Our operations are primarily run online, but we also work with schools to host extra photo events. If you'd like to learn more, simply reach out to your school's Picture Day Coordinator.
I'm nervous about how my child's photos will be handled. What is your privacy policy?
